Everyone involved in delivering this music deserves credit. Including these two guys. They were all part of a large, collective project. These guys did the dancing, touring, and the presentation of the music and they worked hard in their own way. It was their image, charisma and looks that helped win over fans. And you had the real singers, and the producers, and the instrumentalists. Everyone involved did a great job.

This song especially is so very personal to me. We were stationed with the U.S. Army in Germany and I was working at the Travel Office for the Military. One day this guy walks in, needing a ticket RIGHT THEN AND THERE! I had to do Overtime and then he revealed he was the DJ for the US Military (AFN), and he would play ANY song for me the next day on the radio at 7AM. I requested THIS song and with my now late husband, our daughters sitting around the radio, he played it, mentioned my name and place of business. Needless to say, Business skyrocketed. LOL....WONDERFUL, YET BITTERSWEET MEMORIES. Thank you Milli Vanilli.

This guys should have been given not only a GRAMMY but an OSCAR for acting out a role like that. Great Dancers and even better actors! They just did what they were asked to do! The 2 of them deserve recognition! I don't care if they were the real singers or not! They brought life to a lame act that had catchy tunes but did not have the image to commercialize it! For that... I RESPECT THEM!!!

And Milli Vanilli would have been NOTHING without Rob & Fab bringing these amazing songs to life the way they did, along with the true singers golden vocals too. It's just too bad this band needed two sets of people in order to be successful, as there's a reason why these guys needed to be the faces of the band for it to be as famous as it was.

Demo on KZfaq from 1990 with Milli Vanilli real voices, one had an European accent, so that was thought not to be popular for sales of music. They sing well: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qs2bpKxqqZqzip8.html (Rob & Fab - Girl You Know It's True (1990 Demo with their real voices)).

Amazing dancers and entertainers! Fab writes his own songs now and produces them also. He sings with John Davis and it makes me tear up to watch those two! They are so amazing! Never killed Fab's spirit and his talent has evolved! Being young and gullible isn't a crime!

The way I see it, they were ‘performers’. So what if we were ‘fooled’. They gave us what we wanted. The singers should absolutely get credit. And so should these guys for performing for us. Rip brother.

Who gives you shit for that? Remind them that Milli Vanilli isn’t the only band to ever lip sync and unlike some of the other bands they actually had talent, see Fab today for example. The music studio didn’t want them to sing, and when the track skipped that same studio threw THEM under the bus trying to act like it wasn’t the studio’s fault.

If you're getting shit for it, that's their problem. The music is what counts. I still have the original vinyl of this LP as well as several 12"'s if you're old enough to remember what these are, and am proud to have them. Fraud not withstanding, the music was and is smoking.
