Hey everyone todays video is all about million dollar mansions that used to be worth a ton but now are on the market for way less than that. All of these homes are for sale under $1,000,000 which in todays world while searching for a mansion is hard to find. These mansions are in decent to good condition but can all be fixed up or restored for little money, some of these homes are even move in ready! In todays age its expensive for a small house not to mention a mansion, but I put together the best mansions on the market today for under 1 million dollars. Can afford it until you get your first electric and gas bill then you'll be right back out the door. It's a shame skyrocketing prices

The agents trying to sell these dinosaur properties obviously don't want certain information disclosed to their inexperienced potential buyers. It's always a good idea to do your own research before taking a plunge. You really don't want unwelcome surprises from local taxing entities and utility companies, etc. New homebuyers are often ignorant about what to expect in the future. There's a lot of potential for unforseen manipulation and surprises. Just remember that rule of thumb: "buyer beware". 🥴

I passed on a beautiful 6000sq ft modern home for that reason. The property was heated with propane. The agent wouldn’t give me costs, but gave me the delivery manifests for 1 year, from which I calculated an annual HEATING bill of $25,000. Add to that cooling costs, and the annual costs were more than doubled above what is paid for mortgage, taxes and insurance.

I'd buy one and turn it into a phasing house for Foster kids to learn what they need to before they go out and get their own apartments. Maybe do rehabilitation in one wing

Wonderful idea I’ve been blessed to raise children in need I always say if I hit the lottery I would buy a big home with lots of land and close to the ocean give them all the best

The west end St Louis MO house is in an area with some really beautiful homes however the area isn’t very safe. Which is really a bummer. 😢

You can but them cheap. And then spend millions renovating them, heating and cooling them and the property taxes will be higher than the purchase price.

Beautiful homes but expensive. It would take a lot of time to care for the houses and grounds, but it was fun to watch these beautiful homes. Someone who is good at fixing things and with money to hire maid and grounds keeper, these would be nice homes. Some of them are not in the best location.

Thank you Kyle for this very cool video. Also, Thanks for sharing the house in Lakewood New York that is in my home town in which I lived 3 streets down from that house. The only thing that sucks about the Lakewood house that they had all of the beautiful led glass taken out by the new owners and replaced it with regular class. Thanks again. 😎👍🤘🫶🏻

None of them are located where majority want to reside. Taxes, maintenance, utilities eat you alive, along with crime and politics of area.

I was looking online at homes away from London recently. You can get a LOT for around $1.2-3m if you're willing to live quite far out from places (think, Northumbria or Somerset).
