I have two milwaukee m18 onefhiwf34 Impact Wrench. one with electrical problems and one with cracked house and bad rotor bearing. quick repairing and service.

At 7:42 you might have forgotten to put the ball bearing back in at the bottom of the anvil?

Can you please explain what was the problem with the electrical faulty one. Was it the rear rotor “back cover” assembly?

Hey. I did not find out what was wrong with the electronics. but most likely the fault was with the components around the rotor.

I can, I just repaired one of these machines. There is a black cable in the back of the housing, it meant to touch the metal part, to make electric contact. If it's weared, then the machine produces this kind of problem. I've soldered some tin to the plate on the end of the cable and it solved the problem.

At 2:42 “more problems” those wires do not need to be connected to that black board, because when you re-assemble it appears that they are not connected

Hello i have a m18 onefhiwf12 with the same electrical problem 0:26 did you catch were was the problem i have taken it back to Milwaukee for the second time they have been good with the warranty, they have fixed it but they haven’t caught the problem

Hello. Don't know exactly what the error is. But I think there might be some problem with the controlboard. Or a break in one of the coils in the stator. so it doesn't get the current it needs to pull the rotor around in high speed.

Mine doesn't ratchet it just stays engaged do you know what the problem may be

hey, take it apart and see if there are any problems inside. mabe it need some new grease.

Hola. intente reemplazar la batería primero y vea si eso ayuda. No entiendo muy bien a qué te refieres con el error.

Hello. I don't know what it does, maybe it has some function as a rev counter. but apparently it doesn't need to be connected when you use setting 1,2,3

Was that a tracker chip inside the gearbox?

I'm a little unsure what that chip is, but it clearly has nothing to do with the machine works or not.

@@bacardii95 hi I opened mine to service it after getting it second hand and it didn't have it, I reckon its the Bluetooth tracker .

@@danieldoherty8009 I think the bluetooth/ One key tracker chip sits over the battery.

That is the "integrated blow counting sensor" which I also was not aware of when i opened up my 3/4" impact gun and I tore the cables clean off just like he did on the video. I did solder them back though.
