This is the all new Milwaukee Tools MX Fuel Rocket Tower Light.
Milwaukee is using the new MX Fuel Equipment System to go after traditional tow behind lighting systems with a new ultra-portable light. Thanks to a pair of oversized wheels, and quick-adjusting outriggers, you can easily place the light where you need it, and the motorized mast elevates the head up to 10 feet, and the 4 independently adjustable LED lights provide uplighting, downlighting or anything in between. How much light? How about 27,000 lumens!

Turn the lights out and really test it, on a side note 27,000 lumens is bright as hell. I used the 2,500 lumen rocket light to light up an airport hanger when we were building it.

No 27000 lumens isnt that bright. Compare to your standard orange hps street light they are putting out 130,000 lumens each. But obviously would be impractical for a battery powered lighr.

@@randybobandy9828 How do you say 27,000 isn't bright? Why compare it to a street light, and not a hydraulic light tower? The hydraulic light towers have like 200,000 lumens or so, but they are so bright we cant even see what we are doing sometimes. The reflection off things is uncomfortable. 27,000 while not the brightest is still bright, and works for the application... will you need a couple... probably but it's cheaper than running the generator ones, more mobile, and easier to get started. Not an attack btw just throwing opinions also.

@@randybobandy9828 @Randy Bobandy lol non sense, guess i better inform my co workers we were really working in the dark? Street light is a different application the diesel light is a more accurate. Besides street lights are hindered by casings and don't have much to reflect off. So you can't really tell how much it could light up.

Our company loves the new Milwaukee product line. We converted everything to Milwaukee except for out tape measures. Lol they definitely can not figure that one out.

Too bad the mx stuff is all so expensive. The newer m18 one is pretty usable but I do wish it was more like 10 or 12 ft high for outdoor jobs. And a 15 amp hour m18 would be nice.

For the lineman, there is the bucket light which would be much better suited, also headlamps, hot stick lamps, the M18 Rocket lights and M18 Search lights. I only know because I used to be a lineman.

Only thing you'll need is a low voltage startup for your truck. Starts up and then shuts down. Truck might start no more then 3 or 4 times during the day for 30 mins at a time. I think you can do this for about 600 bucks yourself. Hell, If you wanna spend 3,000 dollars for this one light? I would just spend 900 and get a battle board 12 volt battery and a 3000 watt inverter installed on your truck along with some 100 watt solar panels as well and you can even get flexible kind or mount them off the latter rake and flip them up. This would save you tons of money and time. 3000 watt inverter for an RV 12 volt cost around 500-750 bucks solar is cheap as hell 200 and monster Led kits are 100 bucks each. You' can even waterproof the leds as well. I would just have them on a magnet and water proof those suckers too. Take them off and on or mount them on your latter rake too. Showing up at the job site with those would be crazy. Having 3000 watts of power all of the time would be cool. or just buy this light for 3,000 bucks and keep it on low. Why even have the high power part if you can't run it all day long?

I'll be waiting when you let me know that this is the cheapest BATTERY option out there for anything in this price category... most of the 10000 Lumen flashlights that only run for a few minutes are double the money you're talkin about.... You don't have to buy one but just because you're a cheap jackass doesn't mean other people can't purchase it if it makes sense for them at that price point.. By the way my grandpa used to use the pesos joke when I was in diapers.. he also thinks the dollar value menu at McDonald's is expensive and it should all be a nickel..😂

@@BuffaloNickel9 As someone who owns a flashlight capable of outputting 9,000 lumens, I can testify to that. First off, it gets hot. Like really hot. Stupidly hot. The beam of light aline coming out of it will literally melt your clothing. Ask me how I found that out. Second, the battery life is ridiculously short. It can maintain 9,000 lumens for just about 5 minutes before hitting thermal throttle. In those 5 minutes, it eats through a cool 30% battery. The computer drops the brightness down to 2,500 lumens and it can maintain that constantly. Regardless. For a battery powered light to be able to maintain 27,000 lumens for 3 hours is rather impressive. Now, do I wish it produced 50,000? Yes. I'm willing for them to make the light even bigger if it means added brightness and longer runtime. Although, this light weighs 108 pounds, so any size increase would mean a weight increase. Still, I'm fine with a 150 pound light.

I can do you one better. I have a 1500w Metal Halide, 150,000 Lumens. Yeah good luck beating that with LEDs.

Lol you can easily beat 150,000 lumens with leds with half the wattage of a 1500w metal halide. Also this light is cordless. You would never be a to make a 1500w light cordless.
