Feature documentary surrounding Animal's lifting event, The CAGE, held annually in Columbus, Ohio. This series was filmed March 4-6, 2016.

those guys know how to get in such a great mindset for lifting max weights that they can lift max weight and not really have anything left but make it look like for most average people like they would have like 30 pounds left in the tank. that and the fact when your at that level the load there lifting is a lot more taxing on there body.its crazy i got a very good mental game for lifting but these guys are just on another level!!
