This session is 11 minutes total, with just under 9 minutes of spoken dialogue followed by 2 minutes of ambient music. You can enjoy this meditation daily, either in the morning, at a break in the day, or before you sleep at night. Let it free your mind - embrace each new day!! ~~~

I usually do your meditation videos every day but I’m currently dealing with Tourette Syndrome and it’s been stressing me out but thx to your meditation vids it kind of calms me down when I feel sad.
