You don't SWIM up Blocks, you turn into a Horrorcraft Mini-Boss Mob and maneuver up them with whatever replaces your Lower Torso; Spider Legs, a Snake Tail, whatever. *grows Glow Squid Tentacles and grapples my way up* This is also how you get up ledges, walls and across ceilings.
