Brand new series!!! Skyblock, but it's one block!! I've never played this before, any tips or suggestions?!?!

I really appreciate the fact that fWhip is using bottom slabs. I lost count of how many Skyblock series I've watched where people used top slabs and then started complaining about mobs spawning

I love how he has so many series going on at once. I watch him every night before bed and binge all of them. I built my first house in my survival world without a reference and I’m so proud all because fwhip inspired me to be a better builder!

I'm pretty sure hes probably going to make like an entire mountain region valley valleys and villages in the end edit: and probabaly a hand made ocean just for a fishing village

He literally builds a better house from one block than me from a whole world...

Tip: you should build a cage around *the* block. When you come to nether stage ghasts will be able to spawn.

How is it that he is such a good builder?! I struggle to make a house that doesn't look like an average villager house!

Tips: - Put a boat by your spawn block! Catch all the mobs. - Put a roof over it when you reach the nether phase (ghasts!) - aaaand I guess spread your grass as far as you can?

You should try to do everything you would usually do in a regular survival play through. Like, make a villager breeder and trading hall, nice looking farms and crops, and other stuff. You should also make a cool little ocean looking thing with coral (getting silk touch might be a challenge) and fish! I know you will blow us away with whatever you do though :) also circles look nicer than squares when building new plots of the island. Especially on a map. You should make an iron farm, because iron is not going to spawn all that much. You Will Need iron.

That was so adorably cute and funny when the sheep ate the grass. ( At the same time I felt that pain 🤣 )

The end phase spawns an end portal three blocks below the infinite block. That means that you should avoid building underneath it because that stuff will be destroyed by the portal

Suggestions: - leave a space behind the oneblock so you can push the mobs into the void - put some (2) boats near the oneblock to catch mobs - put some roof above the oneblock to prevent mobs escaping later (eg. ghasts)

Protect your chickens and sheep with a roof or something from the foxes and wolves in the future... Then protect you foxes from polar bears. The last level will be the end, witch will spawn the portal under that infinity block, that's why you don't want to get buildings below that once block

My only advice is for a mob grinder. Build the spawning platform at about your height, and have the mobs fall to a lower level. I built my grinder too high up and nothing spawns unless I go up there lol

I can't wait to see the how fWhip handles this map - I loved playing it. I found boats to be very helpful against vindicators and endermen. Build a wall instead of fences (put a gate in the middle of all sides) around the one block as well as a roof to trap big mobs...Surrounding the one block with water when the ocean level started helped me save the dolphins.

Rest in peace that sheep.

Put cobble stone floor, cobble stone fence, and cobble stone roof over the one block. That is so that when blazes, or other flying mobs spawn they will be easier to contain while keeping your wood structure from being set on fire! Thank you for the video.
