Thanks for the video. I'm wondering how it handles the optional large and small (6") coils.

for which machine? Some machines are so light with a small coil as to not really need the use of a harness. it is best used with heavier machines and or light units with a large / heavy coil

Hi how small do it go with the adjustments please would if fit a big 8 year old kid

hmm..... it might be a tad too big for a youngster. It likely will fit, but would be a little loose
