Was the hub not specific for the R53? why would the hub be sitting too high and require using washers. I was thinking of getting the NRG hub for my R53, but seeing this I have hesitations.

Technically I believe we are forced to use a hub that’s for a e46 I believe. Not sure but that’s what I’ve seen many use 🤷🏻♂️. As far as nrg… there may be other hubs that are more r53 specific

The whole setup is NRG. Wheel, hub, quick release and lock.
