Mini training for beginners, contains exercises that encourage the development of strength, and is suitable for women over 40 years old.
The exercises are performed with the help of weights of 2 kg (and maybe more) in intervals of 30 seconds per series, with a 10-second break. There are a total of 16 sets, and there is a 30-second break halfway through the mini-training, for a shorter recovery and a sip of water.
For best results, it's best to do this video one or two more times, with 30 to 60 seconds of rest in between.
At the beginning of training, it is mandatory to warm up:

Each exercise is done precisely, cautiously and in accordance with what the body tells us.
Exercise is important for health and the whole body. In order to function as well as possible, we should start exercising as soon as possible.
Exercising at home has the same effect as doing it in a fitness club.
Women over 40 should focus on building muscle mass in order to maintain health and vitality. Lest anyone think I'm speaking from memory, I'm that age too, I'm 45 to be exact.
A simple and effective solution is exercises that will strengthen and build muscles, and this is best achieved by using heavier weights (for this mini workout I used 2 kg weights). Also, exercising with heavier weights achieves weight loss very nicely, because muscles are big consumers.

During training, it is important to drink fluids (water) to avoid overheating and dehydration.

Ja sam tek počela, i vežbice mi prijaju, tako da ću da nastavim. Inače, imam 51 godinu, i operisan levi skočni zglob sa umetnutim pločicama i šrafovima, tako da moram da budem pažljiva, ali ovo mi sasvim odgovara. Veliko hvala! ❤

Pozdrav draga, hvala sto vezbas sa mnom, drago mi je sto ti odgovara. Samo polako, lagano, slusaj svoje telo iradi koliko moyes i koliko ti prija, narocito ybog skocnog zgloba. Izbegavaj skakanje, svaka vezba moze da se prilagodi i olaksa, a kod mene na ZouTube kanalu, mozes da pronadjes sirok izbog treninga, koji su prilagodjeni pocetnicima 😘😘😘❤❤❤

Pozdrav draga 😘. Bice uskoro. Ali, skoro u svakom mom videu "provucem" i vezbe za ledja i generalno za gornji deo tela, samo sto nije svugde istaknuto, jer dosta njih zaobilaze te vezbe, a ovako ih odrade, a da nisu ni svesni 😉

Pozdrav 😊 Zavisi, ako si pocetnik, onda je najbolje od po 1kg, pa postepeno mozes da povecas tezinu. Ovi tegovi su od po 2kg 😘
