I almost had an 8x winner but sold for 425% (on the way up, lol). I may never have a 10x but I have had many 3x 4x and one 6x. I found myself selling early on my winners, but I always sell when a stock spikes, and it is on no news. Learning how to win big vs. learning how to win is hard. Learning from losses points out the things you knew but chose to ignore. So important to learn from those mistakes, but they can not teach you everything.

I've been in the mining stocks since late 2006. I followed many "experts", people how know a lot, invest billions, travel to mines, etc. I learned technical analysis, follow the news, sentiments, etc. After all these years I am down on all the money invested, never mind 5x, 10x or more my money. I did have a few wind, like turning $500 into 10K with First Majestic (and selling) but when you add in the other loses (like bankruptcies of mining stocks), I'm still down. I hope to make a bit more over break even this year, and just stick to dividends which I should have done from the beginning - I would have been retired already if I did.

@@ForAndroid101 You are correct. I have just looked the word up in a UK version of the Oxford English Dictionary and 'alot' is not listed. I never knew this (and I am .... errrmmm .... English).

Always learn more from losses vs wins. My biggest mistake was/is owning few shares of many companies vs many shares in a few companies. Even when you’re right, with 1000%+ gains, doesn’t mean much in dollar terms. Been changing this approach. Thx fellas 👍🏼

That's rather optimistic. Especially if you bought show sponsors like TCF, RGX, PEI, TORQ, TSLV...🙃 (Yes I know there were a few good ones too but the majority failed miserably.)

@@orwell9579 Your message is not deleted. I've been burned by the sponsor model more than once. It is not perfect for anyone. Just take responsbility for your investment decisions and then use this show or others like it to the degree it is useful to you.
