Morning Joe. What a treat. 2 days in a row. Massive home. See. Already I’m like 🤔. A home this large should have equal bed to en-suite ratio. No reason for anyone to share a bath. Should be a 1/2 bath for guests and a full rear bath for wet pool guests. Ok Joe. I’m watching and commenting. That’s a huge 3rd car garage. Love it. Bedroom with en-suite. Throw a counter cooktop, microwave and small fridge. Seclusion when wanted. 😂. Elegant formal dining. Outstanding staging. Makes such a difference. Beautiful open concept for dining/nook/living. Yesssss to pool bath. Nice private office. Actually like the drop zone and office. Nice storage under the stairs. Second stairs. I already forgot where the first stairs are. 😳🥸. Lovely kitchen. Yesss to the gas community. Gourmet double wall oven. Would’ve liked a larger sink. Pantry should’ve been larger or a walk-in for a home this size. Forget the pergola and fire pit. Need my pool and outdoor kitchen. Lovely loft/flex area. Yess to the built ins. They still use Formica? Bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. So if I didn’t miss anything, I saw 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all big. Large enough to scale down and each bed have its own en-suite and a 1/2 bath in the bonus room. Ok. The primary and en-suite is amazing. Yessss to the sitting room. Accent wall. Recliners to watch tv in comfort. All the shower needs is a seat and a niche for shampoo etc. His/her closet. No linen/towel closet? How does a 4600 sq ft home not have a linen closet in the primary? Joe. This home is amazing but it missed a few things. Thanks for sharing. I understand some builders have their packages and changes cannot be made. See you next video.

Good (Sunday) morning Joe, big house indeed, the reason for smaller pantry might be because the other side of the wall is converted to a walk-in closet, that way you lose one or the other, my house has similar thing, I converted the flex space into a bedroom, with walk-in closet which took up the space from pantry behind it. But my house is not as big as this one though, only 3626 sf.

Hi Joe, it's great that you want to make more videos of great houses. I'm really looking forward to it!!! The house is of course also something special. The casida is right for the mother-in-law, she has her own kingdom and is Nevertheless in the house. Also wonderful are the very large rooms, such as the formal dining room and the main room. Simply WOW!!! And once again WoW the loft area. You can dance there, there is so much space!!! Plus the 4 bedrooms. It's an incredible amount of space. And I think. it is also a successful floor plan for the rooms. Lots of privacy and all on the 2nd floor!!! Plus the master bedroom. I would still be missing a balcony to use the room perfectly. Here the weather is still so-so, not winter but not yet spring either. At the moment we are looking at the war in Ukraine. Russia / Putin invaded there on Thursday. I really hope it doesn't expand. Nobody needs war. It's so sad that people still can't live together peacefully. What a wonderful world that would be.....Joe, you gave me another entertaining half hour with your video and put a smile on my face. Thanks for that and have a nice Sunday.
