@cbass2755 🥳 They are all doing great especially in this heat! The cows are heat tolerant, but they are all smart for sure! Amazing to see how smart sometimes! They do go to the pond. @cbass2755 I never knew that either, but the first time I watered in my herb garden I could tell a difference. I will definitely be saving weeds from now on. Sal said that the microbes living in the soil need food and that feeds them to stick around and do their thing. It's like everything in life - everything works full circle, hand in hand to work together. Tucker is just a mess! When the rest of the pups go out, he just stands there. He wants to stay inside with his momma. When I'm at the computer editing videos, he sits down here with me and crawls under the desk at my feet. I absolutely love him! ❤️ I give all of these babies attention, but like Brownie, you just have one that touches your heart! Tucker chooses one ball out of several and sticks with that one. We felt so bad - his last ball, he had chewed on it and slobbered on it so much to get it soft, and I guess for him "just right". Well, we ended up taking it away because it was so soft we didn't want him to choke on it. He whined for weeks wanting his ball. We kept putting the other balls out, but he wasn't having it! Well, after a few weeks, he finally gave in and chose another ball that he likes to play with. When he comes in at night, he has to have his ball until he finally gets tired enough to lay down and go to sleep. And every time he loses it under the couch you have to get up and find it for him. Me and hubby thinks he lets it roll under the couch on purpose just so we'll have to get up 🤣 He will sit there and whine until you get up to get it for him. A dog and their ball! 🤣 I bet Baxter has just as much fun playing with his ball! 😃🐾⚽

@lostribe5130 Aren't they sweet!? 😊 We think Loretta is bred - possibly when we got her 🤞 I hope so - I want to learn how to milk and I believe she'll be easy to learn on.

@lostribe I have already been trying it and everything I watered with it has gotten greener and looks healthier. "Hubby" asked me if I watered our fern with it because he could tell a big difference this morning when he left for work - how green it was. Let me know if you try it out and how it works for you.

@@lostribe5130 I hadn't either, but she's really smart and does gardening classes at her business here in Columbia, SC. She runs and old timey seed store and has been doing this for a long time. I love learning from her! But I can tell you, I've seen a difference in just one time of watering with it.

@user-fs6uv6hm5t Hey there Patti! 👋 It's nice to meet you all the way from PA. We are in South Carolina. We have enjoyed meeting people from all across the country and other areas. We went through a dry spell in June. It was horrible - everything was so dry! But we've been getting a good amount of rain lately that has really helped, and we are so thankful that it finally came. I'm sorry to hear y'all are enduring the dry spell now. I pray y'all get some rain soon! 🙏 I know a lot of farmers are really struggling this year. It's been a tough season for a lot of us. I'm so glad to hear you got all the supplies for canning. Don't be scared to try - just follow the directions and you will be fine. I know Ball has a really good canning book that will guide you through. I was scared of it too, but I did my first canning last year and really enjoyed it. It's a process, but well worth it! We found those bats on the ground and think they were being pushed from the nest. I've never had to deal with them in the house, thankfully! We did release them back out once we checked them over and made sure they were ok. We enjoy having them around to eat all the mosquitos. Thank you again for joining us! @@CelebratingFarmLife I called a Batman into my house to see if I had a Family or something, I didn't but he gave me a wealth of information. He said if I ever see on the floor in my house, then I need to protect them, cover them with a towel and scoop them up in a net. They can't remove themselves from a flat surface. Just and FYI. I am sticking with you and ordering the canning book tonight. Thank you for the info.

@@lostribe5130 Tucker said exactly! He couldn't understand why I took it away. That dog loves a squeaky ball, but it has to be just right! He had one that he chewed on and just the right amount of slobber to get it softened up and we had to get him another one to replace it. It had gotten so soft, and we were worried about him choking on it. He whined for weeks and finally gave in and started playing with the new one. I told you - he is stubborn just like his momma 🤣
