One of the most confusing things to some of our customers are misalignment spacers. Which ones to use, how to use them, what the differences between them are, etc.. In this video, Connor will try his best to clear it up for you guys.

If I have UCAs that are bad angles from a coil over and taller spindle, will a uniball and high misalignment solve ride quality and prevent spindle smackin the coil?

You really just want them good and tight.

It would be better if you can provide pivot angle say 10degree or 30 degree as it will help me allot to design suspension.

I tried replacing my misalignment spacers on my heim jointed steering. I unscrewed the nut on the 3/4 in bolt and cannot slide the bolt out of the spacers and heims. How do I remove the bolt?

May be a obvious question, what tools have you used to try and get the bolt out? It’s typically always a good idea to throw some anti-seize on your bolts before putting them in.

@@barnes4wd I’ve used a hammer and no luck. Though my next thought is to use a jack to apply upward force to the bolts on each end of the knuckle. Any suggestions?
