I never ate cake in my life let alone bake/cook. Mrs. Donna motivated me to bake and cook at 44 yrs old. I can now follow recipes and I have purchased hand and electric mixers to bake my desserts. I have a LLC., business accounts and credit because of Mrs. Donna’s inspiration.

I went to work when my youngest child started school for Jefferson County School Board as the Library Aide, we did not have a librarian, and my first paycheck was nothing. I went to our principal and said something is wrong; this is less than minimum wage. He said "You work for the government, Wanda, and they can pay whatever they want. Talk about shock, but I did not quit and worked for 23 yrs on low pay because I wanted to be with my children. We saved money and have a good retirement because we worked hard to accomplish that.
