Miss Mina I’m so glad you covered so much diversity in Indian cuisine. Usually people are just aware of butter chicken and chicken tikka masala but Indian cuisine has so much to offer. I highly recommend below Indian restaurants: 1) Zaika (Downtown Seattle) 2) Saffron Spice (Seattle) 3) Rajdhani (veg) famous for Thalis (Issaquah) 4) Nirmal’s (Downtown Seattle)

That crab dish looked so delicious! I would have loved to tried the ice cream with turmeric and ginger. It's amazing how much you and your mom can eat all that and remain unbelievably thin. You guys must have great metabolism.
