Very good video I agree with everything by but have one question is it okay to watch tv before bed but put the remote away from my body?

If you are gonna watch something before bed don’t watch it on TV but watch it on an IPad or computer with night shift mode on. Night shift changes the light on the screen from blue light to orange/red light. This doesn’t disrupt your sleep as much as blue light

What things should I do if I’ve been with the ball outside all day instead of coming inside to chill and play video games or watch tv

just get grounded, have rest and do fascia training

@@noymarjr I mean after I’ve done fascia/GOATA training and been grounded a lot. What are some things I can do to rest that also past time so I’m not sitting around uselessly?

@@juderowe7383 some could be restong in seiza, pandiculations, epsom salt baths, hand juggling, have dinner and eat good food, hydrate, u could watch some full matches just make sure u have blue light blocking glasses

an example if we are training our ball control and doing cone weave if we do the drill without the cones is better?

do not do cone weaves or any type of robotic training, just get a ball and dribble as fast and as best as u can, if the quality of the dribble starts to decrease, stop rest and then do it again

maximal intent dribbling is the best way to improve dribbling, alongside playing the game

i guarantee you ,you also don't apply most of what you said must be done in this video. show me one person who does everything correctly like you just said should be done ,i will show you a liar about the gym I'm with you on that one , but the sleep, light, Bluetooth, food and nutrition part is just (truth at a certain degree, opinions and lies at some point. the best players I've witnessed in my life they drink, smoke and party yet they still outperform the (discipline cr7 routine players)😈

They smoked and drunk after they had talent and skill and were professional, once your a pro wanted by Real Madrid drink whatever u want but please don’t smoke. If u smoke ur lungs will fail u and u won’t even be able to play for 90 mins. I promise if u smoke or vape u will live till 40
