Hey , I know this is unrelated to this video but I see you speak a lot about how modern day shoes affect the feet badly if so do modern day football boots affect the feet badly and if so what football boots would you recommend

Coach i have had snapping bicep femoris temdon injury for 4 months and sports hernia for 6 months, and im doing all the best i can to recover. Also i have missed a year of football because of achilles tendon but every year i injure it for a month. Also since i remember playing football at 11 aside , i could never kick a ball that hard or far as others becuase i would feel my tight groins beginning to tear with every far pass or shot i tried. I know you guys aren't bothered but im now 16 and have missed out for 2 seasons and still missing every day the sport i loved😢, I do fascia stetching grounding for years and i am still a tight boy with no flexibility and missing the game more than ever:)

I had stopped my coaching for a while so that i cam work on myself and was playing barefoot with my friends . Prior to leaving my coaching i had little to no shot power and dribbling , but now im having the best season of my life as an attacking midfielder with 15 goals and 22assists for my U17 football team (im 14).

I am worried about acl tears, a few famous footballers tore their acl this season such as Neymar and Courtois. How do I make sure I don’t tear my acl. Google says I have to stretch and do gym work around the knee area. Which u are against, so how can I make sure I avoid getting a acl tear?

Simply these 3 things are goated: Lymphatic hops. Extreme isometric lunges. Barefoot shoes long distance walks.
