As much as I like true Japanese wheels, Mugens are too expensive and very hard to find. I haven’t curbed a wheel in 30 years but a pothole or split in the road could be a game changer if you ruin a rare wheel. If I break a MITA wheel I can replace it. A good quality wheel that YOU like is a good option and is what matters. I don’t care for JDM points anymore, I’d rather spend the $$$ in places that make sense. Now if they re-release the MF10 for around $4000 a set , I’d be all over it. Thanks for watching and sharing your comments.

OG MF10's are like hens teeth these days so massive kudos to Mita for offering an extremely viable (and more affordable) alternative 👍👍👍.

Those Mita wheels look amazing! Yes everyone says get volks. Finding volks in perfect staggered s2k fitment isn’t easy to do. For the owners that want that perfect fitment and don’t want to trash the fenders and rear lips these really are a wonderful option.

I've got a bone stock 2006 NFR with the expected AP2 wheels.. these are the first I've ever seen that I think might look better. Wish I lived near you guys; I'd definitely have you run through it. Hope you keep doing videos.

Right there with you John, MF10’s are some of my favorite wheels ever. Too bad Mita doesn’t have Integra sizing. Not that I could afford them. I’ll just have to stick with my 16” Rota C10 bronze wheels for now.

At the end of the day it's all a matter of authenticity and how much you value and care having an authentic mugen part. Some people are ok with replicas some aren't.

Another thing to consider is that the Mugen wheels are made by Rays Engineering, same as Volks- they use a proprietary alloy. That bronze on the Mugen wheels is perfection.

I’ve had Volks Ce28n and had some Wedssports Tc105n but had also had Rota wheels. The way I really see it now that I’m in my mid 30s is unless you see yourself taking your cars to some show to try to win a Trophy, then yes have some authentic wheels, but if you’re just going to any local meets and daily drive everywhere replicas will do just fine. Im with John on this one, if you bend or crack etc your real wheels, good luck finding one wheel in the same specs and getting it quick, but if you bend crack a replica, a few clicks and you’ll have it in your door step in a day or so, and thats why I sold my real wheels to get some knockoffs

what are your specs? the video says 17x8 and 17x9 but your description says 17x7 and 17x8. Bore size is 70.1, correct? Thanks!

Kind of curious of the wheel sizing. My MF10s are 17x7.5 +52 fronts and 17x8.5 +59 Rears. I also don't think it requires hub centric rings as well. Are those mf10s specs s2k specs?

Got the Tire size for MITA MS10 from the closeups Front 225/45 R17 Rear 255/40 R17 Im not super knowledgable so tire talk would be good for example most rim calculators say 235/45 R17 is perfect for 17X8 front. Why go 225 when its best for 7.5 " More clearance? I understand there is some play and 225 will fit 8" fine

Let's get down to what really matters (if a comparison is possible) what's the difference in weight between the two? I realize one is squared and the other is staggered.

of course everyone knows the mugen's are superior, and jdm, and period correct, however, the mitas are perfectly fine for daily driven wheels. the last thing you want is your car to be vandalized, your wheels stolen, or crack, or whatever etc etc. mugens are beautiful for hard parkers or some IG photo ish.

Yes, the Mita wheels look nice. But I still want to put Enkei RPF1s on my 07 S2K. Problem is the offset. Is there anyone out there who can tell me whether the RPF1 will work without rolling fenders or any other irreversible modification?

Spending 2k on rep wheels lol, just get some nice volks CE28's for a bit more. Don't get me wrong but I got my CE28 in the same size for less just saying. I would rather rock Volks then these reps
