Ingredients and recipe:
- Instant or natural coffee 3 tsp.
1. Brew and let cool
- All-purpose wheat flour 300 g
- Yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
2. Stir
3. Pour in 220 ml of coffee
4. Mix well with a spatula
- Melted butter 40 ml (2.5 tbsp)
5. Stir again
6. Add another 60-70 grams of flour
7. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
8. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes

10. The dough should become smooth and slightly stick to your hands.
11. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
12. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 55-60 minutes
