Yeah, tea works really well. I've used it on white lace, to age it, and it looked awesome.

I like that you tried both tea and coffee. I drink both and I really thought the coffee would be darker. Wow. Learned something new today. I've wanted to but never tried this but I've heard boiling the tea, not just steeping it, will pull more color from the tea leaves. I'm going to try this. I'm curious as to what you're going to make with it. 🤔😊

Ya play around w it I got darker by leaving some for a few extra days but I didnt want them too dark just wanted them looking like from a book in the early 1900s just dirty dingy paper

The timing is amazingly spot on. You know how the stores are these days, favorites not always available. Only had the store brand tea bags. They are AWFUL! 😧 So I've been wondering what I was going to do with 98 tea bags....😆 Now I know! I also have a half can of stale espresso. Thanks for these eco ideas! OOOH...If you just want plain stained paper, no printing, just rinse a used coffee filter? (not a Kerig owner obviously) Looking forward to seeing the things that you do with these in your creations. LOVED seeing the boys and your beautiful views. Nice change for this city girl.

Yes I have used them on metal trash cans old mirror frames wood boxes all sorts of things the project I'm planning on in clay at least I used premade paper w printing and someone I showed it to said I should make a way people can customize it so that's what I'm doing giving an option

Black tea like red rose works great for dying anything the tea you used looks pretty weak

Good to know I wasnt going to go out an buy tea just for dying paper trying to use what I had ya know. But I'm really happy w the color of the paper I let some set for a few days and they got quite dark esp compared to the normal paper I didnt want them black or anything just to look like old worn paper like in an old book I feel that's what I achieved in the end
