I absolutely adore this class and wish I had access to something like it years ago, but taking the long, windy and sometimes painful road isn't so bad either. Learning the hard way seems to be a human thing (for some of us more than others 😉) but I do love the clarity that I have now, simply because I did what didn't work for so very long.
