Hi! Honestly, this is the first of your videos that I have watched. Personally, this is what I actually needed to watch. Realizing plenty of things and have my inspirations in drawing back to life. And I want to thank you for if it wasn't for this video I might not be able to remember that doing a sketch on an piece of paper and just making yourself grow, getting loose, and remembering mistakes while actually enjoying is the best way to learn. Rather than doing a lot of artwork with pressure and struggle. Love lots!

Beautiful it's great to watch other artists I always find the mouth difficult but the tutorial has sorted this out I was always taught that mixing more than 3 colours gives you mud You've blown that out of the water👍

Preciosa la ejecución, lo muestras como algo sencillo, pero realmente detrás hay un manejo impresionante de la técnica de la mezcla de la tonalidad y de la luz. Siendo oleo es muy difícil, sinceramente me has hecho pasar una hora embobado. Gracias por la clase magistral. Te seguiré.

Wonderful vid. Thank you. A great pleasure to see your remarkable results. I have found that if I look very closely, the human face does not consist of smooth or smoothly curved panes but of a patchwork of small planes each of a differing hue or value, the difference of which is not at first apparent. If carefully painted the increase in a naturalistic appearance can noticeably increase. Of course, this is not the subject of your discussion which is color. I apologize if I have entered unwanted advice. This was not my intention.

Thanks a lot, that was something I have been strugling to understand, how to paint smooth skin without it looking so flat, I understand perfectly what you say, that's something I want to practice and add to my new paintings. Thank you Daniel Tarr. I have only just begun to realize that is what portrait artists see and this helps to know what to look for when looking at color and trying to find the colors.
