Not at all, he is low tier the guy playing is putting a lot of work to keep up with Cetrion, he has a slight advantage of Dragon not knowing the match up cause no on really plays the character. But give the character a spin, he has strenghts also, great unbreackable damage, great combo damage, he standing 4 4 is fast and covers really good range. You are very slow and stubby up close tho, your mids are 12,13 frames not faster, your stagger game is prity garbo too. Crushing blow off both throws but no oki of either. Good antizoning in is other variation, bola trades faborable with any projectile, you need the teleport to convert tho. Hes zoning in spare change is unortodox, but at some point of this match it looked like he was zoning Cetrion and that bitch is queen of chuking shit.
