Thanks Catherine, I cannot promise that the painted background was the reason why the second one worked out but depending on the paint's behavior I would say it played a big role :)

the sizes are not that important after all. Just see that enough paint feits into the gap of each cup and you will be good :)

Kannst du mir auch mal alle möglichen Fragen, die du so vielleicht hast oder was du gern sehen oder ausführlicher erklärt haben möchtest senden....gern hier als Liste...das macht es mir dann einfacher, was ich alles in das Video reinpacken kann :)

Hallo Michael, um dir weiterhelfen zu können, habe ich mir nochmal dein deutsches Video für Anfänger angesehen und finde, dass dort im Prinzip alles erklärt ist, was man wissen sollte, wenn man mit dieser Maltechnik anfangen möchte. Das Einzige, was mir aufgefallen ist und evtl.. offene Fragen hinterlassen könnte, ist das Mischen der Farben und das Zeigen der Konsistenz. Das hast du verkürzt dargestellt, was ich nachvollziehen kann, weil.... langweilig ;) Welche Farben, Binder, Silikone oder Techniken man benutzt, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden, oder herausfinden. Gerade das Experimentieren, macht doch einen Großteil des Spaßes aus ;) Einige deutschen Kommentare habe ich so verstanden, dass diejenigen gerne ein deutsches Video in der Art hätten, wie du sie sonst auf englisch machst. Mein englisch ist gut genug, um alles zu verstehen. Kann jemand kein englisch, gibt es die Untertitel, womit dieses Verständigungsproblem auch aus der Welt geschafft sein sollte. Darauf hast du ja auch schon mehrfach hingewiesen ;) Für die Anfänger unter deinen Abonnenten, könntest du das schon vorhandene Video entweder in der Beschreibung verlinken, oder in deinem Intro darauf hinweisen, dass es auch eine deutsche Wiedergabeliste gibt. Dort wird der Link auf jeden Fall von allen gesehen... sollte man annehmen ;) Mir fallen zwar keine Fragen ein, aber ein Video auf deutsch, zum Beispiel wie du die Flügel gemacht hast, oder auch etwas ganz Neues, würde ich mir gerne ansehen. Für deine englischsprachigen Abonnenten gibt es ja dann ebenfalls die passenden Untertitel :) Sorry für den Roman. Die Hitze hält mich wach ;) Ich wünsche dir noch einen schönen Sonntag:)

Ich denke ich nehme mir einfach mal die erfolgreichsten letzten Videos vor...Die Flügel, die Geode und so 2-3 andere und mache da einfach eine deutsche Tonspur drüber. Dann verstehen es alle deutschen Follower und können es nachmachen :) vielleicht sollte ich am Ende ab und zu mal sagen, dass ich bestimmte Videos gern auch auf deutsch nochmal einstelle, wenn es gewünscht ist...so quasi als guten Mittelweg ;))

Thanks Tammy and sure you can. I always use the same mixture what I also often tell in my videos. Guess I skipped it for this one :) In terms of mixture it is 1/3 paint, 2/3 floetrol or acrylic binder and as much water to get a honny-like consistancy. Some drops silicone if you want to get cells.

MKL GRM Fine Art I think I’m going to try it... love the way the three cups into each other separate the paint ... wonder if we reverse the black and gold ... put the gold on the outside, the black in the second cup and then the white in the center cup as usual, then pour into black background ... hmmmmmmm.......

Heather Diodati I did use regular glue but it did not really want to dry between the plastic so the cups were not solid when I poured. But as the rest paint dried into them after the first Failed pour everything worked out better for the second one :))

If you are from the US look out for Sargent Art on your Amazon. Thi store seems to be pretty close to the artina store in their prizes and product range. I never tried it but I would probably start pouring from the opposite side with my hand the same direction as I do here...But not sure if that will work as I think :)

just regular glue. use whatever you have :) most sticking finally did the acrylic paint that dried into them :)

my mixture usually is like warm honey. it domes up half a second when it hits the paint and then it evens out :)

Brenda Scott hmmmmmm well I just had them. The black one contained the rice from our lunch 😅😅 and the other 2 are smaller cups that I bought via amazon. I think they are linked in the video. But basically perhaps Joghurt container, jam glasses, shot glasses, some plastic bottles you can cut to size? The exact size does not matter. Just have enough space between them for the amount of color you need.

Laurie Nye it does not really matter what cups you use. Just make sure that all are of the same hight (or almost) and that there fits enough paint between the cups for the pour itself. The tiny one I used in the middle was some kind of shot glass so pretty small. Take what you have. Joghurt cups or something you can cut to size...:)

Ich mache gern mal wieder eins in deutsch, brauche dafür aber die Fragen, die so anfallen :) Da kann ich die gern mal mit beantworten und eins in deutsch machen. Wenn ich die Zeit hätte, würde ich am liebsten alle Videos in beiden Sprachen machen...aber solange wie ich kein Vollzeit Künstler bin, fehlt neben dem Job und allem die Zeit... Aber liebend Gern alle Fragen stellen, gern als Liste...das macht es mir dann einfacher :)

Barbara Ausperger nö geht :) nur die Sonne darf halt nicht drauf scheinen. Da es aktuell ja auch eher schwül ist, ist genug Wasser in der Luft. Da passt das alles :)

MKL GRM Fine Art aha bis gestern war es hier nicht schwül eher trocken und bis zu 37 Grad, bin unter dem Dach mit meinem Werkraum und dort sind 30 Grad. Hab aber heute in meinem Wohnzimmer ein bisschen gepourt mit Artina Farben, bin echt begeistert von den Farben, hast recht. Schönes Wochenende noch.
