Haha, no worries! I actually used the EB Battle Backgrounds JS website: www.gjtorikian.com/Earthbound-Battle-Backgrounds-JS/ - I believe the one at 0:23 is the Starman background! (Layer 1: 271, Layer 2: 0) - I just clicked the "Go Fullscreen!" option when recording Hope this helps you!
