💕 'LOVE Machine' was originally released in Moa's birth year (1999) by the J-Pop group Morning Musume. One of BABYMETAL's supporting dancers (Avengers), Riho Sayashi was a former star member of that group. Although Riho is too young to have been part of the original recording, she has performed this song live with Morning Musume. I've got to wonder if Moa and Riho ever danced to this song during their downtime on tour. : )

Yui also had a solo song at that same concert, covering "Chokotto Love". Worth checking it out imho! Moa and Yui talked about how they had fun recording backing vocals for each others songs, so that "fu fu" you heard, was Yui on a backing track! Legend 1999 was a seitansai (birthday celebration) concert held on June 30th, 2013 to honor Moa and Yui's birthday (who were born only 2 weeks apart). Like in their Legend D and Legend 1997 seitansai concerts, it included special performances for the birthday girl(s). Moa and Yui both performed a metal version of famous Jpop songs that were released in the year of their birth. Love Machine was originally by Morning Musume and Yui performed Chokotto Love by Petitmoni.

Nice reaction. This was a special performance for her birthday. But also, they did some covers because when they started, they didn't have enough songs to do a whole concert. Need some extra songs. They however rerecorded the song in 2013 as part of their updated album. Riho is on that version of the song and sings lead as she was the absolute center during her time in momusu. The world couldn´t handle the amount of Kawaii 🤣 "Love Machine" by Moametal is a very good example of BABYMETAL´s ability to take literally anything and turn it into a metal-ish fun song. It´s a good example of the professionalism of the very young BABYMETAL, too! Moametal is doing so well here! You should do Yuimetal´s solo song "Chokotto Love" at times, as this will blow your mind.
