Ive been watching anime all my life. But I would say around 11 was when I started getting cognizant of Japanese anime as a medium and started to look for series on my own. I've had many favorites throughout the years, some momentary infatuations like Bleach in 6th grade, the formative Samurai Champloo that I still champion today as being my favorite of Watanabe's creations, and some that will stay close to my heart forever like Ping Pong the Animation. But it wasnt until 2016, when I was first introduced to Mob Psycho 100, and subsequently down the line in season 2, that I realized I may have found just my favorite anime of all time. Theres just something about MP100 that keeps me enthralled every single rewatch, the hours I've put into it, the friends I've made through this series, the actual fact that I cosplayed one of my favorite characters even though I really dont like cosplaying, the amount of comfort, love, and feeling this series has given me is immeasurable at this point. And after the end of the s3 and series finale, theres not a single character I hate, which is hard to do while avoiding making your story boring or too dense. Mob Psycho 100 has just become so important to me, and I'm truly glad that a lot of people feel the same way about it. Please, if anyone here reading this has not watched this anime yet, do yourself a favor and try it out at least. Good luck! p.s. Mob psycho is awesome but also satisfying, I love how the characters try to communicate and you sorta see that moving forward. Definitely a good 1st season🙏🏾

This anime/series is definitely my comfort, and for the gripes about season 2, for me, I feel like we are growing alongside with Mob. Things start to feel a bit different such as viewing certain characters through more grown eyes (Mob's S1 view of Reigen vs S2 view of him, etc) and how to handle things differently than before (Mob starting to care about those around him to the point of **********).
