may not be very practical in Afghanistan. one solution creates multiple problems. if someone mistakenly sends money to someone through a mobile phone, it would be really hard to recover his/her money back. People have lost their recharge money by incorrectly following the research procedure. Telco Service provider won't be very helpful in Afghanistan.

Presentation was presented in 2012 and in late 2015 this mans father is elected president of Afghanistan. Smells kinda fishy that a monitoring banking system is being implemented by this man and his father is “elected” president of Afghanistan years later... Capitalism at its finest enslaved American system being introduced to one of the poorest countries in the world. End goal is to bring a financial system that replicates American banking. Enslave a population by using interest in a Muslim country that forbids anyone in using interest. It must be nice to be a privileged Afghan like you and your father Ashraf Ghani. Your Grandfather being a advisor to the king Zahir Shah which led to your father being educated abroad. As a citizen of Afghanistan this sickens me that foreign Afghans treat Afghanistan as a lab experiment and check off on their resume. Once it’s said and done and the presidency term is done. Ghani family returns to its privileged life style and the people of Afghanistan continues to starve. Ghani family looks back at all the business accomplishments they have made from being a millionaire in the past they can successfully call themselves a billionaire.
