Insane! I have something similar in my build but it is very bulky so to see a proper custom baffle system is amazing! Going to order the novritsch one when i have the funds :)

Glad you like it! Give it a go on the field. Shooting a bb is far more quiet compared to the dry fire with the baffle setup 😉

5:05 Pipe insulation foam is not the best option for airsoft suppressors as it doesn't absorb the air blast. It's "closed-cell" as it's designed to insulate the pipe from its surroundings. The "air blast" is just channelled through the foam and comes out the muzzle as if it's not there. The foam you need is "open-cell" foam. That's basically like a sponge, and it lets the air through it, but slows it down and disrupts the flow. It looks like the black foam you're cutting the circles from is open-cell. That's why it works better. Try making discs from the open-cell foam - it'll be better than your old setup.

@@kaslab hey seeing as you do quite some work with mtws you should look into the m4w, the new maxx hop designed for mtws. ( received mine if yesterday if u want info in it)

The airgun industry has been designing baffles specifically for air powered guns for a long time. Maybe look into getting an insert printed with one of them?

I would be very careful about making custom “airsoft silencers”. Even though this is obviously meant for airsoft and has foam between the baffles, if it has threads that will fit on a standard rifle thread it could plausibly be considered an unregistered NFA item by the AFT. Don’t want anyones dog getting shot.

I live in Denmark, we dont have real guns, people do crime with a wet noddle, so we good here, but people should obvious be aware where they live about the rules ;)

Noodles, it is the responsibility of free people to ignore unjust law. Any law repugnant to the Constitution is null and void. When everyone actually acts like the free people we are the ATF will be abolished.

Yeah it is, and then with foam around as you saw, it works amazingly outside ... OBW not as good indside 😂👍

@@jhonieve Hey mate I do not know what they are made off, but pretty sure they are 3D printed, and then you pair it with the sound filter/foam and it works waaay better, then just the avage foam filled supressor. Played with it sunday and it was so absurdly silent when outside and actually shooting a BB.. People 3+ meters away could not hear me when they had equipment on ;D!

hejsa kasper (går ud fra du hedder kasoer) hvor i landet spiller du? er selvl ved at anskaffe en mtw og laver en del digital grafik hvis du skulle ha lyst til noget digital artwork til din kanal, har været 3d specialist ved lego i 7 år men vil gerne støtte din kanal hvis du kan bruge noget gratisk grafik eller noget.
