i have always love eating and that made me lose weight super hard, tried a lot of diets and exercises along with it, but what made it possible was agoge diet. it changed my life. its always about the right diet for u

1.) Stay away from sugar 2.) Get at least eight hours of sleep a day 3.) Eat more nuts, beans and legumes, dairy products, oatmeal, eggs, lean protein, oils, whole grains, whey protein, fruit, and leafy greens 4.) Stay away from soft drinks 5.) Drink at least 1-2 liters of water a day 6.) Read food labels (look for hidden sugars) 7.) Choose healthy food that you love 8.) Drink more green tea and coffee (without extra creamer or sugar) 8.) Try intermittent fasting (16 hours fast/ 8 hour eating window) 9.) Don’t track calories 10.) Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning Also, make exercise a priority

Yes to the slow eating tip! I've heard this before from a model/film actress named Loan who would eat at the restaurant I worked at in new york. She said in Paris, they eat whatever they want but they eat very slowly and chew fully, really savoring each bite and even taking long breaks between bites. She and her fiance would come in and eat large rich meals, wine and dessert and just take forever to finish the meal, but they were both very lean and light and just looked so healthy all the time. So there's something to that.. SLOW DOWN AND ENJOY IT!

Instead of intermittent fasting you can try having breakfast at 8:30 in the morning, lunch at 1 pm and dinner at 6pm. This eating cycle will help you in digesting food better.
