This is the second episode of the new season 6 from Model lifestyle where I show you my real life behind the camera. In this video, I take you with me through the day in a vlog style to show you what I eat in a full day as a model to keep in shape. I don't just show you my main meals, but also what I drink and snack on throughout the whole day.
This male model vlog will give you an idea of the number of calories that I consume on a daily basis. The type of food I eat will sometimes change because nobody eats the same exact food every single day, but that ratios are roughly the same. So if you want to know what a healthy model diet looks like, then check out the whole video to get all the diet tips to stay in shape.

Breakfast- coffee; oatmeal w/protein powder & fruit or an omelet; (skip breakfast if trying to lose weight) Snack- protein shake (skip if trying to lose weight) Lunch- coffee; eggs on toast; some weird meat... Snack- coffee, mixed nuts, some weird meat again... Dinner- fish, potatoes, peas Snack- protein shake; roibos tea

Skipping meals doesn’t help in fact it makes you worse you MIGHT lose weight but be really hungry unhealthy and not very good so I don’t recommend

Hey Daniel! I just wanna say that I absolutely love your videos. I've watched a lot of thems and gathered a lot of tips that have improved my lifestyle in more than one way. I also wanna say that you inspired me to start a full body change, and so far I've progressed a lot (a month ago I was almost at 100 Kg on weight with just 1.75m of height and now I'm close to 90) and your videos really keep me motivated. Looks great bud, just found you and watching all your vids! I get the tea before going to bed idea, its soothing and helps relax, but drinking your shake and tea that late is a sure way to ask for interrupted sleep from night bathroom visits.

I watch a lot of your youtube videos. I have actually incorporated most of these in my diet. Tried to find biltong online, but amazon and other sites don't ship to the Philippines. I love youre videos, im trying to add more muscles to my body but im a bit skinny and its not going quite that fast. i go to the gym 3 days a week to train each muscle group but i guess i dont eat enough or good enough to gain the muscle mass. You are blessed with a great metabolism. I’m 55, 5’7”, 170 lbs and I eat about 1000 calories a day and I have a belly. I work out 3 days a week. Have done this for ages, can’t lose that belly lol.

The problem what people don't understand where it seems like "impossible" to lose their belly or excess body fat is that they never hit their daily calories what their bodies need and ask for. He's the type of guy that actually has a high metabolism no matter what. But others that are not that lucky, need to hit their ~1800-2600+- kcal daily, then do enough exercises on top to get an caloric deficit of about 200--300calories to actually get rid of their fat and build muscles instead. Something else will not work. And each person is different, if you still have trouble with losing body fat easy, HiT might be the answer. I experienced the same. But.. eating enough, is the secret. 1000calories is way too low. If you eat way less than your body needs he will go into survivor mode, saves all your fats for a long long time, and cuts your muscles before fat. You need to give him enough that he don't think he needs to survive, so he take your fats for energy and keeps your muscles.

Youre not eating only 1000 calories a day at 170 lbs. Youre tracking your calories incorrectly.
