Your works are amazing! Can you please make 2 storey with 1 car port, mini garden, service area and 3bedrooms (Master bedroom must have bathroom and walk-in closet if possible) on a 120sqm lot? The lot is 10meters(frontage) by 12meters. Thank you!

Thank you! Yes, you can add another room on the ground floor for 150 sq.m lot area. And you can also add a family area on the 2nd floor.

Malaki po ba and ajustments ng kada area if 110sqm lang ung lot? Or not much?

Not much, the design is still applicable for 110 sqm lot area. the only areas you cannot adjust is the Carport area, staircase, and kitchen. You can also reduce the sizes of the living area and dining area if you want more setbacks. Thanks for watching! :)

Yes applicable for 127 sqm lot. Cost should almost be the same para sa 127 sqm lot. Around 2.5M to 2.8M php (if you follow the specific design ideas in this video)

You need to modify the plan and reduce sizes of the rooms to fit 91 sq.m. but it's possible.
