The Single Plane golf swing is not a quick fix golf technique. It is a system, beginning at address, that simplifies the most important moment of the golf swing - impact.
Starting at address on two planes where the arms hang straight down at address, the Conventional golf swing is complicated. Because the arms are hanging straight down, a conventional golfer must lift the body into impact creating stress on the back.
This upward movement to accommodate the two planes is unnecessary.
The Single Plane Golf swing simplifies the golf swing by eliminating the need for the upward movement by starting and impacting on the same plane.

Hello Mr Graves , Moe Norman gave me my first golf lessons as a teenager , in 1987 at Hidden Lake Golf Club in Burlington , I was a lefty , and transitioned into a right handed player, not by choice. He played for years with our good family friend , Gary Bartlett, they played on the Canadian Tour together , and I was introduced . To this day, I still have the Moe Norman fundamentals, the appreciation of having such a legend take me under his wing, as he did for you a few years later, and to this day, I still swing with lessons from the best ball striker in the history of golf. Imagine being 14 years old, changing your handedness, and having Moe Norman as your mentor... I went and visited his resting place and paid my respect at Memorial Gardens last weekend , teared up like crazy , left a golf ball and took a great picture. Love your channel, love the honour and homage and natural friendship and respect you have for Moe to this day. Well in Todd.

Simply stated, Todd Graves redefines mastery. Clearly he has mastered Moe's incredible golf swing. The mastery of which I speak, is that of presenting to the world, with grace, aplomb and humility how it is done. There are many great golf instructors out there, for professional golfers, Todd is the master for masses looking to have fun playing golf. Thank you Todd.

Left or right? Pull or push? In Hommer Kelly TGM terms, swinger or hitter, right? Todd, I think what you described as a left side start by pulling with the high side of the trunk followed by a right arm (and maybe right shoulder) thrust, is what TGM calls a Four Barrel Hit, right?

The most crucial part of the transition that people have a difficult time with as they're transitioning to the lead leg is when they start to post up instead of staying down into the flexed lead knee. I believe that is the #1 hardest habit to break away from the conventional swing yet never stressed as to what to try to avoid doing. In my years of teaching the SPS and starting with Natural Golf many people never caught on to the proper lower body sequence vs arm generated swing. Natural Golf tried very hard to put their own spin on the swing and we're so way off base in the true swing of Moe. I know personally it caused an awful lot of issues for me until I really started studying Moe. It's funny how "conventional" instruction tells you why you need to post up to create speed, they should tell you the truth. The reason you need to straighten the lead knee is because we have you standing so close to the ball that if you don't post up and accelerate your hips out of the way you're going to stick that clubhead into the ground about a foot from the ball.

My transition issue is my right hand. My old and new career made my right very strong. Trying not to break my wrist!

When you step into the ball at address, do you have the club in the right hand, then tilt, then apply proper left hand fully rotated, then reapply the right hand? Confused.

Why does it look like moe uses his left knee to start the downswing..his knee movement backward is huge on the backswing and looks like he powers forward on the downswing???

@@ToddGravesGolf mo talked in his videos about the left knee being way past the ball surely that would mean he was using it ..ie looks like there's huge motion in his knee in the backswing & downswing where ur swing looks like there's no knee movement in the backswing..please explain
