This old style Yatai stall is going extinct... cheap but tastes good. I still remember the owner treated me so nicely... so sad I could not go to Japan in 2020.

I'm not a picky eater at all, so when I went to Japan and ate literally everything it was so delicious! I felt so healthy, well, including so much walking lol But I still wish I could live there, I know I'd live to 100!

Here in Brazil few years ago. If you tell "RAMEN" the people thinks "INSTANT PACKAGE RAMEN". Today we have many Ramen Restaurants specially here in Sao Paulo. But we don't have street Ramen vendors for question of security.

I'm happy to know somewhere that form of business can live. In my country it's impossible to realize an old man who has personal food truck and sell available regular dishes.
