手作りの皮、自分は水餃子の時は作りました。強力粉だから力がいります。焼き餃子だと皮も均一の厚みだから難しい。尊敬します。

ここ数年、我が家の手作り餃子はおけ以さんのレシピで作っています 皮はごま油入れて作ると断然美味しい もう市販の皮に戻れない、、、 かなりの手間はかかるけど、美味しいのには間違いない 寝かす時間は省略しても美味しくできる

The work that he manages to do everything by hand is incredible, at minute 7.27 it shows that he needs some machines to make professional pasta. I know, what it is to make Gyoza, and what I don't understand is when I manage to fold the dunplings, because in the video it shows that it closes it but fails to give it the characteristic folds of Gyoza. Which I can say that everything I do alone and without modern tools is admirable. I learned to make Gyoza from start to finish and I feel the hard work of this Master, there are people who do not value this great art of cooking, I hope you find chefs nearby who can help you, making Donations with real work tools, since they do not It's just working in life if not sharing with those we love, successes and many blessings

that s exactly how my parents would make the dumpling, using cabbage, leek, and pork, their secret is to add some fish or bone soup for the inside instead of water, even not pan fry but boiling these dumplings come with the yummy taste

Lol he saying the Ideal ratio is 8g and 18g filling for a total of 26g. But I don't see a scale anywhere near his production line. He's so experienced he don't need scales anymore.
