MOI MOI(Bean Pudding)

• 2 cups of brown beans or black eyed peas(Peeled, soaked for 2 hours)
• 2 large red bell pepper
• 2-3 fresh pepper
•1½ large onion
• ½ cup crayfish
• ¾ cup water for blending
• 2 tablespoons palm oil
• ½ cup vegetable oil (or oil of choice)
• 1 seasoning cube(maggi crayfish)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
• 1 teaspoon chilli oil(for extra heat)
• 3-5 boiled eggs(halved)

Hi Kiki, i have really struggled with cooking certain meals like jollof rice and moimoi and i stayed away from them because i never got them right. But since i discovered your videos, my moimoi and jollof rice hv improved greatly. Like I'm bold enough to present my moimoi and jollof to people. I just made this moimoi for the second time within a month brcause my son who is a picky/slow eater loved the last batch and kept asking for it as lunch till it finished and he was very excited to hear i made a batch ydy. Thank you for simple uncomplicated yet splendid cooking videos
