As part designs become more complex, cavitation requirements increase, and larger overall mold bases are needed. Mold designers have several options when designing effective heat removal systems.

Condensation can occur if the mold temperature and molding room humidity are not balanced. You must analyze and reduce the level of humidity in the room.
