Broccoli and sausage pair up for an indulgent veg-heavy pasta dinner. @@Darian-- exactly for the reasons stated by Molly, plus if you're cooking meats you get lovely fond which will only enhance the flavors you're trying to bring out in a recipe. Cooking is more about order and timing than anything else since it's not as exact as baking.

The first time I watched this, I just thought Adam was a weirdo and that this video was a playful clash with Molly’s personality. @@alexclark4792 No you cannot do that with oil, and especially not with 350 degree oil. With most sauces and soups you can dip your finger in and move your finger to your mouth quickly the air cools it before it burns you, chefs do it all the time. But oil or caramel, a can get way hotter than boiling water and b are too sticky and actually insulates your finger in it and thus will burn you, especially if it is hotter than boiling water.

@@eyeyamjstn628 Basically the POC staff were barely being paid to appear in videos while the white staff was actually making money. Also, the EIC, adam, had a very toxic and abusive relationship with his staff and was always asserting his dominance and knowledge. So he resigned and Molly, and Claire left leaving on Brad to carry the channel and then a bunch of people left, and now the channel is kinda dead besides for Brad Leone's content.

Or maybe, just maybe, the editor in chief needs the skills to publish a well-rounded magazine every month all while revamping a dying piece of media (print) into a viral-content-producing machine that somehow manages to remain likeable, personable and weirdly amateurish-feeling even though it's part of one of the biggest media conglomerates of the US? Sure, it wasn't all Rapo's doing, but he hires the staff, gives his stamp of approval to everything and bears responsibility for the massively risky move to produce this type of cooking content in a time where impersonal tasty-videos dominate the market. I recommend reading Rapo's newsletter and listening to the podcast to realise that he is a very skilled man despite not being as good as a professional chef (duh).
