Mom Raises $48,000 For Drive-Thru Worker Who Paid For Her Meal

Brittany Reed was having a very hard day. Her kids were crying, and she found herself at a McDonald's drive-thru without her wallet. Just when she was about to drive home, the employee at the drive-thru window paid for her meal. Brittany was astounded by this random act of kindness and embarked on a mission to pay him back. She discovered that the employee was a teenager named Wyatt, and he was working to save up for a car. Brittany started a GoFundMe and raised $48,000 to help Wyatt achieve his goal.

Wyatt, I’m a momma of 3 fine young men and I just want to say……”I am so proud of you!” I know you think what you did is not a big deal, but to that mother that didn’t have her wallet (I’ve done the same thing) - you saved the day!!! You are a champ! Even if it wasn’t a mother with 3 crying children, like you’ve done before - you made a difference in someone’s life and that should always be commended. Keep it up! The GoFundMe was a nice addition but the story here is this young man's heart. I would be so proud to have one of my children make that decision. Wyatt, you have a grown man (me) as an admirer. now a day's every time somebody does a little random good act,isn't just a thank you good enough or next time pay it forward. oh no people have to start raising thousands of dollars for one person i cant believe it. ive helped so many people in my life in so many way's i did it because i wanted to never got a penney for it , compared to the little things i see people do i should of got a million dollars in donation's i could go on about everything i did what alot of people do today is so small compared to what i did. i had to say something because of all the thousands of dollars people get for so little they did.its nice what they do but the reward at the end id crazy, just saying
