Hope this time the Project will be 100% completed, not like the 70% completed expressway. What I mean is the side walk and the trees that are always shown in the blueprint. The white expressway is now turning brown because of the dust they left and Kenyans haven't even started using the road.

No problem in payment. Murkomen will introduce a myriad of taxes so that even those people who have never been in Mombasa will pay for this bridge. However, the cost is small, only a few hundreds of Billions. I have always wondered why we haven't given this bridge to the Chinese who could make it 100m above the water, and build it in less than one year. 65 is too low and some ships won't fit. The Japanese will take eons to complete, like they are doing at Dongo Kudu. If Ruto completes this bridge, or he starts construction before 2027, we shall elect him in the morning for his second term.
