I just like to imagine Mark is actually in the hotel trying to solve these murders and talking to himself and screaming nonstop saying shit like "YOURE NOT GONNA GET ME" or "WHY CAN I NEVER REMEMBER THE DAMN LAYOUT"

It's such a small detail, but I love that as the story progresses, the candle in the menu screen gets shorter and shorter

Mark, when Jimmy is hiding in the bathroom, you can just walk out the room. As long as you don't look towards the bathroom, he can't kill you. You can also lock him in the room if you have the deadlock key.

Honestly, Maya sounds more like a therapist than a scared hotel guest. The way she's like "So, what happened?" right after seeing a death, and she's so relaxed and calm lmao.

Imagine being this girls friend after this is all over and she's telling you what happened and how you were rescued. "Wait you found HOW MANY WEAPONS AND DIDN'T KILL THIS A-HOLE?!"

Isn’t it funny how Jimmy never uses the stairs, but we also never hear him use the elevator

Can we all just talk for a second about how well the actor for Jimmy did for this? I know it's not a lot but his looks in the hiding spots, elevator peeks, and bat jumps were great.

Something kinda funny about this game is Maya walked into a hotel sees her friends tied up in closets and a man is chasing her around trying to kill her but she find a ghost box and decides ya know whtlqt, ima solve some murders. Then also get super violent hallucinations out of nowhere and she doesn't bat her eye at it, then she watches people get murdered and all she does is make sure she noted it lmao

The thing you said about Jimmy having Dissociative Identity Disorder, the developer has stated Jimmy doesn't have it, even to the point of putting a note about it in the menu labeled "Jimmy and DID". I hope someone sees this so the developer doesn't get wrongfully accused of furthering an already harmful stigma

Mark, here's a tip!! Whenever Jimmy is hiding in the bathroom, you won't hear any footsteps or hear any of his calling out for you after the sound of the door closing. So that is a BIG clue he is still in the room with you. To evade him, you've got to run to the door and IMMEDIATELY click on the "Leave the Room" command. Once you're outside, QUICKLY use the key on the door to lock him in and trap him for a lil bit. Then you gotta run and hide in another room until he's far away.
