Rocket being a herb explains why I dislike it so much raw in the salad mixes. It's so peppery :X! I personally think more corned beef would be good too :), it's so yummy!

you had me at corned beef, fried and cheese!!! sounds like pure yumminess, a thumbs up of course, #43 ...PS: Kat just moments before you first said "i would have used more corned beef", minutes before the initial frying was done (before the 'poll') i had that very same thought, i'd have put about as much corned beef as the rest of the ingredients

Not sure I have ever had corn beef hash? But it looks good. Mom might have had it for my dad but not sure. Before I forget to ask Momma have you lost weight? It sure looks like it. Looking good with your hair growing back. Kat looks like your feeling better. Been praying for you. ❤
