I wish they would make rapunzel look actually similar to how she looks in the movie. Elsa and Anna dolls look like their movie and I wish rapunzel got the same thing…

If you watch one of Hextian's videos where he curls yarn hair using a metal chopstick, I think you could use the same technique to curl their eyelashes safely and easily.

I like Rapunzel's dress. It reminds me of my prom dress! Belle and Ariel's britches are very cool, but in a modern way.

You should review the Disney style series contemporary Belle, Mulan, and Ariel. They are BEAUTIFUL

I’m pretty sure they were all originally $25. The first wave was Ariel, Belle and Mulan and those dolls were all articulated. Then they kept adding other Princesses (Rapunzel, Aurora, Jasmine, Tiana, etc.) but in the middle of all that they also did new versions of Ariel, Belle and Rapunzel. At the time I figured they were lowering the quality of the bodies because they were maybe not so popular, but then they released Princesses who hadn’t got a doll yet and oddly enough they also had articulation. And even more perplexing, the new Rapunzel has articulation while the new Ariel and Belle don’t. But I think basically whenever they make a new Princess, they’ll have the articulation and if they make a new version of a Princess they’ve already made, they might not give them articulated arms. I know the newer ones have articulated knees and I’m pretty sure all of them do.

You need to heat up a metal chopstick with a hair straightner! They gently press it against the plastic in the shape you want! I wouldn't reccomend using a lighter because that might make the metal waay too hot! Love the video

What I usually do to curl doll lashes is heat the face (and obviously lashes) with the steam from the spout of a water kettle, and then after moving the face away from the steam, I’d press the eye lashes up against the face with something that wouldn’t scratch the face paint, something like a Q-tip. Just be carful not to burn yourself 👍

Best way ive done for customs is using a straw and Bobby pin, wrap the lashes around it them pour boiling water from a kettle on them, let the dry then take the straw and pin off. Getting the Bobby pin on the short lashes os the hard part but doable with patience and looks great!

I just ordered the Mulan Style Series, she's on her way. I've been watching her price go up in the recent months in amazon. But finally her price went back to around her retail price. I've been looking (physically) for her in retail stores like target and walmart, with no luck. And finally couple a days ago she was $24 on amazon. I can't wait 🥰. Go to the doll boys Cinderella Disney style series review and at 9:12 in his video he shows how you can curl the dolls eyelashes! Basically take a ribbon and wrap it around the dolls head with the eye lashes pointed up underneath and warm it up

you can use a spoon to curl the eyelashes! in Mexico we use that when we don’t have eyelash curler, you can heat it up and press the eyelashes in the part that is concave!

I love the Disney Style Series!! I think the Princesses are so beautiful, I've been collecting this series since 2019, but bc I live in Canada it takes longer for them to get here, bc the USA seems to get everything before Canada which is sad...The only store that gets those dolls is our Toys R Us store...I'm waiting for the lockdown where I live to be lifted and they just extended it for another month, so I can't get Tiana and the second Rapunzel in this series yet, but I do agree that the eye lashes are awful and so friggin thick, the worst one has to be for me is the first Ariel in the series...I love all your dolls, there so beautiful😊

I would have bought this Ariel if she was articulated. But even when I looked at her at target every doll had manufacturing defects that I could not overlook. The rooting of the hair was a disaster, face paint not set right. And unify sculpts had ridges on the seams 😣

My mom and I went toy hunting at target today. They had a huge display and section of Disney dolls, clothes, and toys(like 3 aisles) My mom said that the dolls just don't look like the princesses. I told her that's because of Hasbro vs mattel. I like this Belle doll because even if her outfit is still yellow, it is not a new indistinguishable-from-all-the-other-variations-of-eternel-yellow-dress. She's wearing pants!!! And this doll give me Kimono (I don't know if there is a better word to call this kind of japanese or chinese outfit) vibes and this is SO modern on Belle for once. The only issue is... the articulations. She's articulated on knees but not on the arms and twists. Why, Hasbro? Why can't we have a Disney Style Serie doll with articulations on arms AND knees in the same time?!

To curl doll lashes, take a metal chop sticks ( the ones that are connected like kiddy safe chopsticks) Heat the end up, and very carefully clip it with both ends over the top and bottom of lash and curve it up. The single metal chop stick works as a curling iron for doll hair too.

So if you wanted to curl the lashes then what I would recommend is taking a metal chopstick or anything thats small and round and heat it with a hair straightener (just please make sure you are wearing some sort of gloves to make sure you don't burn your hands) you should be able to curl the lashes

That "shell cut " you refer to on the Ariel doll dress is not a design detail. It's a construction flaw, the seam is sewn too tight near the bottom hem. See the way the seam puckers?

Yeah, Rapunzel is wrong. When you first showed her, I went "oh no, yuk." Then you showed her out of the box, and surprisingly, she looked worst. On the other hand, Ariel. That is a winner...and looks even better out of box. Bell is OK. Yes, it is nice styling, but it is still wrong. That rose, on the belt, is too big (maybe), or needs to be somewhere else...not sure but that rose has got to go. The dress front is also not right. I have to admit, I am really disappointed in Disney's clothing designers, lately. It is not the papery aspect of the material...It is the styles... I mean look a Cinderella, and Sleeping Beauty is nothing to write home about. I get saving money, but at least hire a designer that will hide the cheapness of the clothing with fantastic designs. As usual, mega business doesn't care because they will get away with it, and people with keep buying no matter how ugly it is.

The whole buy need of these dolls are their dresses/pants and accessories. Hasbro did the eyelashes always like that(they put a lot of eyelashes). Anna and Elsa frozen 2 princess dresses dolls have curly eyelashes and they look kinda freaky. The real names of the dolls are;Anna of Arendelle and Elsa of Arendelle. They are articulated.
