poutine is french fries/chips, cheese curds, slathered in brown gravy. you eat it with a fork and have a nice strong beer. its really really good. it's a VERY canadian thing.

@@EllipseGamer i used to live in Portland, Oregon down the street from a food truck that just made potato based foods and they did poutine. in the summer, i'd go to the corner store and get a bottle of a nice IPA or stout, head down there and have a lovely beer and poutine and it was amazing. if you can get your hands on some, i absolutely recommend it. it's great on its own and its also a great drunk food.
