Ok, Sarah Beth, thank you for this, but this is way too fast for someone who is a beginner, and hasn't done Yoga very seriously. I may need to switch to another yoga challenge....thank you

I'm so proud of myself I actually was able to complete the whole thing it's actually according to 6:00 p.m. it's not morning time my attention was to do it in the morning but I've been super duper depressed all day today dot-dot the Bahamas shared with you already I have advanced stage liver disease and I've got a lot of other complications that I'm struggling with as well is grateful that I was able to finish this practice thank you so much Lessons In Love blessings and love I'm doing this audio because I can't text

For those complaining that it is too fast, what I did is slowed down the speed in the settings of the video. It helped me and I found the sequence great. Do what suits you! Thanks Sarah!

Your yoga is the only yoga I do. I've been doing it for months now and every time I try someone else, I just have to go back to yours. I can do your yoga without looking at the screen. You are so good with directions and your pace is perfect. Just wanted you to know you have a big fan here :)

I'm a HUGE fan of this series of 15 minute daily practice videos. THANK YOU! I posted this on another video too, but I really want you to know that I LOVE that you start each yoga video, by starting to do YOGA. All too often, internet yogis want to talk to you for 3-5 minutes before they start a routine. Your videos stand out and are awesome because you do not do this. Thank you for 15 minutes of yoga with clear instruction and clear demostrations. Please keep up the good work.

So my upper body has been in so much pain all day today from my job and working out diligently. I did this 15 minute session and like 75% of my pain is gone!! This is why I always come back to Sarah Beth❤

Thank you so much for all this wonderful yoga....you are so inspiring and although I have a health issue involving soft tissue throughout my body, causing widespread pain, I can do your yoga and I love the deep stretch series...it’s been a life saver for me. Great start to the beginning of the next 7days of yoga. Nicely done Samantha. If you’re just starting your yoga practice you may want to watch it through first so you’ll be able to flow better with the cues. It’s classic so soon all the poses will flow easily just with the verbal cues. Have a great day. Namaste

This is one of my favorite Sarah Beth yoga videos (although I say that a lot! lol)! For being only 15 minutes, this is a surprisingly powerful routine! This routine has a magical way of being energizing yet also relaxing! I think ‘refreshing’ is the perfect way to describe it! It’s a great way to start your day energized or to hit the ‘restart’ button to relax and refresh midday or after a long day. I LOVED this!! Thank you so much, Sarah Beth!! 💗

As someone is has fallen off the yoga wagon, this 7 day challenge is the PERFECT way to get back into a regimen. I’ve completed Monday and cannot wait for Tuesday! I just saw the after work unwind and may do that tonight and each night this week. Thank you sarabethyoga! 🙏🏼

I tried to do the 7 days challenge last year and I struggled too much as I was very new to yoga. I did this routine this morning and it showed me how much I progressed in my practice. I'm super happy yay 😁 !! Can't wait for tomorrow 💪

Sarah Beth I just wanted to thank you for being a part of my life and helping me change my morning routine. Your calm, encouraging demeanor is a delight. Even though I'm an active person, before, you couldn't pay me to do movement in the morning. Now, your videos are a regular part of my life, a time of the day I cherish, and something I recommend to everyone I know. This was one of the very first videos I used. I've been following your channel and doing daily practice for 3 months now. It's been time for me to go beyond beginner and try more challenging things. I was very sore today after a week or two of intermediate practice, so I'm glad the 7 day 15 minute practice started today. This was a nice ease into movement 🙂

I’ve only just started doing this (in covid19 lockdown London) after a friend recommended your neck and shoulder tension stretch. I thought I hated yoga - I am loving your tutorials. They’re so easy to follow and the 10 min neck and shoulder stretch got rid of my banging 3 day (and night) old headache. Thank you!

Nice workout. Was a be bit challenging since my sciatica was making itself present. Especially in upward dog. But I feel better now after the practice. See ya tomorrow. =)

I have done other yoga before but not much flow/ moving through vinyasas. I personally don't feel this is suitable for all levels like it mentioned in the 7 day challenge email. It was fast for my limited experience and I didn't feel that I had enough knowledge of proper technique to keep up and move through the postures safely. I have enjoyed some of your other videos that I've done and just wanted to share my experience with this one. I signed up for the 7 day challenge and I will try them all. If it is not a fit for me right now then maybe I can grow my flow/vinyasa practice and come back another time and enjoy it as much as the other participants :) Thank you for offering the opportunity.

Oh, Sarah Best! that was the perfect transition to my day into evening from work to home, so I didn't just plop in front of netflix with a too full bowl of food to undwind, but rather finding the full body mind this moment as it is thru your guidance and my commitment to show up. Thank you!

I love your 15 minute routines. They are not easy but only 15 min I can do morning or evening. Your voice is soothing and you do not spend most of the time explaining and going slowly. It is a full 15 minute work out. I am going to try the #7dayyogachallenge

Just got back from a vacation in Bali and did like 90% of this routine in a beginner's class in Yoga House in Ubud. Amazing experience. I always heard Yoga would be beneficial for Taekwondo. Now I know why! :D I'm going to deepen my knowledge a bit with your channel here, SarahBeth! :D

I didnt do everything correct, but I hung in there and did what I could. I'm 6 months into yoga. Im voluptuous and seasoned with arthritis.....but I DID IT

I have been doing your videos for months now and I am finally feeling confident enough to do this 7-day challenge. Since I started practicing in February or so, I thought I was making no progress. I have cried after practicing because my downward dog doesn't look right, and it's very hard. BUT, today, starting this challenge, I know I have made tremendous strides. I am sure my down dog looks worlds better than it did. But, the greatest victory that I can see: I can now touch my toes without even stretching first! I can just bend right over and touch my toes. In my 20 years of life, I had only been able to touch my toes ONE TIME. I remember it. I stretched and worked out so hard that day. With minutes of yoga a day, over time, I've managed to do what I thought was impossible. Thank you so much for all your content and for having such a manner that I really feel like you believe in me through your videos

I love your sessions and have been doing them for a few months now. The only thing I find difficult is the 'one breath one, movement' when it is too fast. I end up having to keep pausing the video which breaks the flow, I just can't breath that fast!

I have been trying out your videos here and there for a long time, but haven't been keeping up with yoga as much as I would like as I had a big move recently. I've just decided to really start practicing regularly, and I get so much more out of your short videos than I have other long videos. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
