A delicious beef dish oven baked with basmati rice #cooking #yummy #food #foodie #delicious #homemade #northeast #recipe
Ingredients
600 grammes of beef stir fry strips
one tablespoon of corn flour
a fifteen gramme piece of root ginger grated
Three garlic cloves peeled and Grated
75 millilitres of soy sauce
Two teaspoons of Sriracha sauce
50 grammes of granulated sweetener
Two spring onions Trimmed and sliced
two hundred millilitres of water
One medium carrot peeled and grated
Ten grammes of sesame seeds
1/4 of a red chilli finely sliced
A pinch of coriander leaves
fifty grammes of a basmati rice per person

Food looks delicious. Tip: When struggling to make the tin foil stay put. Place a tea towel over and tuck it round through that, it does help. Thanks for all your recipes

I’m having a few sherbets too Ian. Wow. Looks delicious but I’m going to take your advice and reduce the sugar a bit as I don’t like it too sweet. I prefer spicy 😅😂. Thanks so much for sharing and well done on the football result x

Hi June, partly because not everyone has an air frier, so I try to do a bit of both, and plus sometimes I just forget 😂 and thank you 😊
