Glorious Schmaltz, like eating too much strudel and cream ! Romy never looked more lovely than in these films and there are some lovely moments - I always like the Emperor`s arrival by steamer at the end of the first movie and the Kaiser Hymn !

C'est une nouvelle série française qu'on voit à la télévision tous les ans comme on l'adore on la regarde toujours moi je le même en en CD il y a rien à la télé je regarde sisi même mon mari adore aussi sisi c'est très dur à trouver le coffret de Sissi l'année dernière pas l'avoir cette année je l'ai eu c'est super contente merci pour cette belle série Sissi

Que bellezas de peliculas. Soy de esa epoca y nunca me canso de verlas. Por su inocencia. Sus paisajes y la excelente actuacion de sus protagonistas. Su vestuario. En fin por todo. Lastima que no la den por cable. Para volver a vivir esos momentos inolvidables.

El 2016 cumplí mi sueño y estuve en Viena, recorrí los palacios y estuve en el Museo de Sissi (compré un recuerdo). Fue maravilloso y emocionante, porque me encantaba Sissi desde niña. Obvio que las películas no tienen mucho que ver con la realidad, pero ahora la admiro más. (Vivo en Viña del Mar-Chile).

I was a teenager when sisi mania hit the Netherlands .The movies were so romantic and also sad .I cried my eyes out . But Sisi,s real live sadly enough was not that happy .Sisi and Romy schneider both died a tragic death .This video brought back a very happy memory for me .

Jim - Sissi (the real Empress) was stabbed to death while she was taking a walk in the park later in her life. Romy Schneider’s son died accidentally when he was real young and she never really got over it. She died in her early 40’s when she was found dead in her apartment. She and French actor Alan Delon were together for quite a while but he left her for someone else. I loved all three ‘Sissi’ movies.

@@suzyqhampton7144 - Sissi, the real Empress was stabbed to death later in life while walking in the park...Romy Schneider who played her in all 3 movies died in her early 40’s when she was found dead in her apartment. She is buried next to her son whom she lost when he died trying to climb a fence (and she never really got over that).

Not only that, Sissi's mother in law tried to make life miserable for both her and Franz Joseph. A truly nasty woman. There was definitely genuine love, but it was a much more painful life than the movies show. Heck, Franz Joseph's whole life is a tragedy in many ways.

Las tres películas de SISSI , hermosas !! Cuando se conocen y se enamoran , se convierte en EMPERATRIZ y luego la última cuando la MAMMA conquista a los italianos !!❤❤❤ ROMY bellísima y FRANZ juntos !!
