Last night, I was searching for "luxury designer hauls" on KZfaq and maybe watched one or two new videos. I watched all of the other videos that popped up. I see less and less luxury hauls. It's odd how quiet luxury is now in-style or people are now talking about. I've always been that person who wears no logos on my clothes, which is why I prefer high-street brands. The only one item I have that wreaks luxury is my Prada Downtown Sneakers.For the most part, I am not a logomania person, which is why I am finding discussion of quiet luxury laughable.

For i go for black label Ralph Lauren or purple label leather jacket, Celine or Saint Laurent biker jacket, nice pair of Celine boot and simple tee shirt no logos. Tom Ford sunglasses or Fendi.

I have never enjoyed Logo-mania. I do like the LV Monogramme, but not because it is luxury, just because I like the design. I have always preferred the Reissue to the Classic Double Flap. Thank you for the video!

All about the understated luxury. That's always been my style. Dries, Ann D, Marni. Something very mature and elevated about the pieces. Have a couple loud ones too, but overall im more muted as I'm not too loud with my wardrobe.

For me quiet luxury is true luxury and it is also priced above normal peoples levels. To me seeing a car dealer, realtor or other working type of person with a heavily branded high priced item takes away from the luxury feel, its not exclusive any more when you see a regular person with a luxury item. Give me an Hermes brief case with next to no branding over a LV heavily branded case as you will see that on anyone, probably fake but still, it devalues luxury. As much as I love Rolex ( I own a Day Date) it will never be luxury compared to a Patek Philippe or Chopard. Burberry have really suffered with this. Chinese made watches and coats. Your paying for european or North American made with luxury. As soon as you see made in the far east it ceases to be luxury with a few exceptions, Grand Seiko being one.

Alex, sincerely, you talk about being low key, which is ok, but your hand on make up is no low key at all… I know it is your life and taste, but if you want to be discreet, even for safety reasons, you could consider that… in my opinion, it is totally fine men to wear make up, but in a low key way! Don’t get me wrong, my opinion! Just a food for thought 😊
